Join Steve Attardo in this Nerdabe Book Cover Design class, where he’ll walk you through his exclusive process from cover to cover.

This is a process that’s such an important and interesting part of design but rarely talked about. He’ll explain all of the ways to use typography in an unconventional way, the use of color, tricks, and tips for working with illustrators, and the power of photography. Steve breaks down his creative process using real-life experiences, and pulling advice from his wealth of knowledge from working in the industry for 10+ years and designing hundreds of book covers.

This is the perfect class if you’re a beginner designer looking to understand the ins and outs of book cover design. This class is also great for intermediate and advanced designers looking for new techniques to apply to their own work. This is a class you won't want to miss.

After you take this course, Steve challenges you to create a cover design for a book of your choice. Try experimenting with something you’ve never read before. Steve has a warm and inviting personality. Rather than a presentation, it felt like I was there with him in his office. Steve’s class helped me think in a new way when approaching my own projects. My only regret... I wish there had been more classes!!

I loved this class, it has helped me have more of an InDesign based workflow for comping which has really sped up the process. I also loved the look into file structure which is so helpful with handling multiple projects in an organized way. Thanks Steve!
